Meet the Hermes Herbag Zip. The Hermes Herbag was discontinued in the mid-2000s and relaunched as the Herbag Zip in 2009. The Zip has a few new elements that bring the Herbag up to date. This bag is one of the brand's most affordable and casual-looking bags, but it still has the same classic elegance as any other Hermes handbag. The Herbag is often compared to the Kelly because of how elegant it looks.
This Herbag is made of pink Officier canvas, and the flap on top is made of Vache Hunter leather. Officier canvas is made of thin threads of cotton, and Hunter is a tough, stiff cowhide. The Herbag's top flap has a "clou de selle" clasp closure made of palladium-plated hardware and a back pocket for things you need to get to quickly. It has a collapsible handle as well as a should strap, and it opens to a toile canvas interior with a matching pochette.
The exterior canvas is clean and beautiful throughout with some light wear to the bottom corners. There are small stains in a few spots (refer to photo). The leather trim has scuff marks. The hardware remains bright and clean with the sticker covering the front clasp. The interior lining is clean and overall in great condition.
