HOW DO I KNOW THE MERCHANDISE IS AUTHENTIC?

Luxybit prides itself on the quality of its merchandise and does not accept or sell counterfeit luxury goods. Before any item is posted on our site, we use our 23 years of authentication experience to verify stamping, stitching, hardware, authenticity stamps, date codes, serial numbers, materials and craftsmanship. You can trust that when you buy an item from Luxybit, it is authentic.

WHAT IS THE CONDITION OF THE MERCHANDISE?

We are selective in the merchandise we purchase and generally sell only like new or gently used items. An overview of the ratings can be found below:

  • PRISTINE - Almost new condition, no signs of wear

  • LIKE NEW - Very good condition, there may be slight signs of wear

  • GENTLY USED - Good condition, some signs of wear due to regular use

  • WELL USED - Fair condition, discolorations and visible wear or other marks

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY ON THE PRODUCTS?

We do not offer a warranty on any items offered for sale on our website; however, every item is inspected to ensure that its details meet the established standards of quality and condition so that customers can purchase items with complete confidence. 

ARE YOU AFFILIATED WITH THE DESIGNER BRANDS?

Luxybit is an independent company not affiliated with any designer brand. We are a reseller of authenticated pre-owned luxury goods. The brands are not responsible for any product purchased from the website, nor do the brands guarantee the authenticity of goods sold. 

ARE THE IMAGES ON YOUR WEBSITE THE ACTUAL ITEMS FOR SALE?

Yes. Each and every picture of the items we offer for sale will be the item you will receive, so you know that the item you are looking at is the actual item you will be purchasing and that any wear will be well documented in order to help you make your decision with the assurance that you know exactly what you're buying. We make a sincere effort not only to capture the best of the item also any flaws or signs of wear we observe.

CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?

Luxybit only accepts orders placed online.

CAN I PAY BY MONEY ORDER OR CHECK?

We do not accept money orders or personal checks. 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes. We offer gift cards in several denominations. Every gift card ships free of charge and arrives in a beautiful kraft paper heart box.

HOW DO I PAY FOR AN ITEM?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. There is also the option to pay with a bank wire transfer — please contact us for details. 

WHY HAVE I BEEN CONTACTED ABOUT MY PAYMENT?

Due to the high value of orders, you may be contacted by our accounts department to confirm your billing information. In cases where the billing and shipping addresses do not match, we may require you or your credit card company to verify the purchase.

If you fail to respond to an email or telephone call requesting additional information, Luxybit reserves the right to hold the shipment and/or cancel the order. Please ensure you have added customerservice@luxybit.com to your safe list and have included a valid phone number in your order to avoid missing these important notifications. 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?

We collect sales tax for orders shipped to Washington state.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY?

Yes. Our goal is to process your order quickly and ensure its safe delivery. All packages are shipped with UPS and require signature confirmation upon delivery.

DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO?

Yes. We heart our friends in the military! We ship to APO/FPO destinations using USPS priority mail service.

DO YOU SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS?

We are unable to ship outside of the United States at this time.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES? 

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a prompt refund. In order to accept a return the yellow "Keep This Tag On" tag must still be attached, and the item must be in the condition in which it was received.

WHAT IF I REMOVED THE RETURN TAG? 

To qualify for a full refund, the return tag must remain attached. If the tag is removed but the item is still in the condition in which it was received, we will accept the return, but a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your order.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

Yes. Luxybit accepts returns as long as items are in the same condition as described on the product page, and still have the return tag attached. We can honor returns through the following return process:

    1. A request must be filed at https://luxybit.returnscenter.com/  within 30 business days of delivery (as proven by the tracking number).
    2. Ship your item to: LUXYBIT - 1100 Bellevue Way NE, Suite 8A#586 Bellevue, WA 98004
    3. Drop the package off at your local UPS store, and request a receipt as proof that the package has been scanned by UPS. Luxybit is not responsible for packages that do not appear as scanned.
    4. Upon receipt of the return, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. An email notification will be sent when the refund has been processed.

 

SELLING YOUR ITEMS

HOW DOES SELL YOUR ITEM WORK?  

If you own a designer item but are ready to move on or upgrade to the latest style, Luxybit will save you the trouble of selling it yourself. We offer direct purchase for your items. Please fill out our online quote form: SELL YOUR ITEM

If we are able to appraise the item based on the pictures and information provided, and if Luxybit is able to make an offer on your item, we will contact you via email within 24 hours with our preliminary direct purchase offer. Once the preliminary offer is accepted, and the item has been received by Luxybit, we will provide a final direct purchase offer.

WHY WOULD THE FINAL OFFER DIFFER FROM THE PRELIMINARY OFFER?  

We make every effort to ensure that our preliminary direct purchase offer closely matches the final direct purchase offer as much as possible, but sometimes wear or stains are only visible upon close examination. These wear or stains, when they will likely affect the sale price, will result in an adjustment of the offer to you. You can reduce the likelihood of having a lower final offer issued by fully disclosing all stains or wear on the item through your photographs.

Additionally, accessories (original straps, locks and keys, accessory pouches, etc.) that were expected but not shipped by the seller may also result in Luxybit delivering an updated final offer. If you decline Luxybit's updated final offer, then we will return the item to you at our expense.

WHAT ARE THE SELL YOUR ITEM CONDITIONS? 

Shipping Policy: Luxybit provides sellers with free in-bound, UPS ground shipping when the seller agrees on the preliminary offer price and decides to send the item. 

Payment Options: We will send a final direct purchase offer and payment options for the seller to confirm once the item has arrived at our office for assessment and we are satisfied with its authenticity.

Damage Prevention: Luxybit will cover all in-bound shipping costs and provide insurance for the value of the package. The seller should ship the item using the UPS shipping label provided. Please ask for a receipt as proof that the package has been scanned when dropping off at UPS. Luxybit is not responsible for packages that do not appear as scanned.

Item Authenticity: The seller agrees that all items submitted for sale are authentic and that they have made no intentional attempt to sell counterfeit products. If the item is discovered to be counterfeit, or condition is significantly different from the information and pictures provided, it will be returned to the seller after the authentication fee of $50 has been paid in full within 30 days of payment notice to the seller.

WHAT IS A DIRECT PURCHASE FOR MY ITEM?

In direct purchase, Luxybit offers to directly purchase your item and issues payment to you one business day after you have sent your item to Luxybit, and it has been authenticated and accepted. All items sold to Luxybit as a direct purchase are final once payment has been issued.

HOW MUCH WILL I BE PAID FOR MY ITEM?

We are committed to providing you with the most money for your pre-loved luxury goods. If we offer to buy your item, we will typically offer a direct purchase price between 50% and 70% of the item's expected resale value. If you have a very desirable or hard to find item to sell, you can bet we will offer top dollar for it! We are happy to discuss pricing with you — Building a relationship with you is important to us!

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We offer payment by check, direct deposit, Paypal (no fees), Venmo (no fees), Gift Card or Luxybit store credit. Luxybit store credit payments will enjoy an additional 10% bonus in value.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PAYMENT?

We will send payment 1 business day after we receive and authenticate your item. If you opt for check, all checks are mailed via USPS First Class Mail. Please allow up to 7 business days after you have accepted our final offer for your check to be processed and delivered. 

DO YOU ACCEPT SHIPMENTS FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

At this time, we are not accepting any shipments of merchandise from outside of the United States.
